1.Apex Systems is an autonomous organization which does not claim any authorisation from any brand. It is a Multi Brand laptop repair service center. If you disagree with any of these statements then you may leave the website and thus you will not be allowed to continue with our services. These terms apply to anyone using our website.

2.This is to inform everyone, we are the best laptop Service Center dealing in multi Brands Laptop Service. Firm is completely registered under GST & MSMS ACT of India. You may visit the government's website and see registered dealers of Delhi, India column. We are not authorized for any channel partner/ any support partner/ any sales partner for any brands. We have a personal & Individual Setup for repairing/ servicing of laptop/ desktop and any brand product which is not under warranty. You can repair it with us. We do not have any association with any brand to service those products. Any brands Logos, trademarks, domains are the complete authorized property of respected owners or belong to. We are just using their logo, information for promotion or upgrading sales only, not any other reason. So if anyone has doubts they can write to us. Or just leave us a message . 3.The company shall not be responsible for undertaking the repairing of the device that falls under the warranty period. Therefore it is advised to the customer to get in touch with the respective brand toll free numbers for support)

4. When it comes to software installation we are dedicated to installing 100% genuine software and we strictly avoid pirated software. You must own a licensed copy of the software that you wish to use. Our company is legally allowed to install open source or trial versions of the software.

5. The company is strictly bound to customer approval in all forms. Therefore we do not remove or alter any part of the device without customer approval. It is therefore advised to the customer to note down the device's serial number wherever applicable. The company shall not be responsible for any dispute that may arise.

6. The customer will be solely responsible for any data on the device. The company neither accesses the customer data nor takes any backup in any case. The company is bound to take customer permission before accessing the data upon sharing login credentials by the customer. The customer is only responsible to take the entire backup of the data before giving the device for repair. The companies are not responsible for any data laws in the repair process and will not be bound to pay any compensation of any form in case of data loss.

7. After the successful recovery of the data from the customer’s hard disc, the local data from our device is deleted in front of the customer. The company shall not be held responsible in case of any data leak if the customer has provided the hard disc to another vendor before giving it for data recovery. Such cases must be informed by the customers beforehand and no compensation of any kind for the same will be entertained at any cost.

8. The customer must take complete charge of the software and its related data in the device. The customer must back up all the data before giving it for repair and the company will not be responsible in any case of data infringement. Our technicians are strictly bound to handle the customer data only if they have permission from the customer.

9. The charges mentioned on the website are for the services only. They do not include the cost of replacement parts or spare parts or warranty or guarantee or consumables of any form. The charges mentioned on the website are standard and can be altered depending on the repair service and the device.

10. If during the diagnosis, it is found that further changes or troubleshooting might lead to the device's death, then the customer must approve to proceed ahead in the written format. The customer has complete authority to cancel or continue the repair at their own risk. The company shall not be held responsible for any further damage after the customer's approval. 

11.  Part/Material Authorization We are Using only Originally, tested, Compatible parts with a good warranty return policy.

12. Product Warranty Return Policy/Warranty Policy If any user purchased/ third party companies parts from our portal, it totally covers parts limited warranty or manufacturer warranty terms and conditions only. We will not be responsible in any case if the original company's requirement is not met/fulfilled by the purchaser/user. Once the part is replaced, not covered Onsite warranty during warranty tenure/period. Users must visit the Store for replacement of parts under warranty. We will not provide any onsite warranty for replacement of under warranty products . For Under warranty parts replacement timings/shipping may take time. User/purchaser has to wait if the part is not shipped by the manufacturer on a given time. For Hard drive warranty replacement cases purchasers have to contact directly from the manufacturer for example  if the hard drive is WD. Contact WD Support to get replacement under warranty services. Portal site/Apex Systems will not be responsible for any data loss and second installation of O/S and software's, users have to do installation itself or payable basis.

13. Software Policy We are not providing any unauthorized Softwares/OS. Company is totally providing originally software support.

14. Invoice Policy User/purchaser must show or share his/her invoice at the time of warranty/under warranty replacement cases of the product. Companies Under warranty terms & conditions will be applicable.
